Eye Bright, also known as Eyebright, is a traditional herbal plant valued for its naturally occurring antioxidant and astringent compounds. It has traditionally been used to support eye and sinus wellness and can also be incorporated into topical herbal preparations.

WAYS TO USE:

INTERNAL USE:
Add approximately ½ teaspoon to 1 cup of hot water. Allow to steep for 5–10 minutes and strain thoroughly before drinking.

TOPICAL USE:
Prepare a mild herbal infusion by steeping the powder in hot water and allowing it to cool completely. Strain extremely well, then use the infusion as a compress on closed eyelids or on the skin around the eyes.

For skincare, the powder can also be incorporated into a suitable cream, mask or herbal formulation.
